Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland
Can one person keep what is willed to two?
My grandmother has willed her house and all her belongs to myself and my older cousin/ her grandson. Is there a way that I can solely have ownership of the house?

Yes. You can buy out your cousin's share.
