Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland

Judgment was granted for sanctions from a lawsuit i filed and lost because i didnt show in court. sanctions were for legal fees incurred by defendant. how can i file to vacate or appeal judgment?

Hire a Maryland attorney to do it right for you the first time. You will likely have to show the Court good cause as to why you didn't appear that day. Best of luck.
