Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland
Pendente Lite Order in connection of the visitation of the minor child of the parties?
What that means, if both live in different States and the minor is only 4 years' old?
Father kives in Mariland and the Mother with child lives in Puerto Rico.

"Pendante Lite" basically means "until the litigation". The Order is likely a temporary order that is put in place until the issues surrounding the litigation (in this case, it sounds like child custody issues) are resolved. So, for instance, the Pendante Lite order may say that the child will continue to live with the Mother in Puerto Rico until a trial/hearing can be had on the issues related to child custody. The fact that you live in different states does not matter. I STRONGLY recommend that you consult/hire a Maryland family law attorney so that your rights and interests are protected.
