Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland

Possession of alcohol citation under the age of 21:

My friend got pulled over for going 60 in a 35 and had a old empty beer box in his back seat from a few months prior so the cop said he had probable cause to search vehicle and asked if we had anything that wasnt supposed to be in the vehicle.

I then told the cop i had 2 bottles of vodka and whiskey in my bookbag and that was it.

Never been in trouble by the law before and was wondering what the consequences would be.

I would recommend hiring a lawyer here. You may have grounds to challenge the search of your bag. You have also stand a better chance of getting a favorable outcome if you have a lawyer talking to the prosecutor for you. I would NOT go to court by yourself.
