Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland

i have been the sole provider for my 2 girls for the last 6 months with out support. i am also supporting my ex by paying certain bills like car insurance and car payment. the car is in my name. in dec he took my 3 yr old for what was agreed as a 3 day visit to his girlfriends house with him. he did not return her for almost a week and during that time she was bit in the face by his girlfriends dog. i was not informed nor did they seek medical help now she has a small sacr on her face. i recently found out during that time he also recieved a dwi while driver her car at 1am. i am concerned who had may child during this time and due to this information i do not think this is a good enviroment for my kids. this is now his 3rd offence in MD. what are my rights and can i get full custody of my children

You must consult a Maryland family law attorney about the specifics of your situation. You do not state whether your ex has LEGAL custody of the children or visitation ordered by a Court? If not, he has not rights to the child AT ALL.
