Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland
My son's driver's license is scheduled for suspension 3 days after the date on the letter from MVA for having what they called uncontrolled diabetes (a high A1C test result) and I want to know is there anything that I can been done legally besides helping him to get his A1C test lower so he can apply to get his license back?

Probably not. If he's a danger while on the road to himself or others, the DMV will have a good amount of discretion. If you think that this violates the law, consult a Maryland criminal defense attorney who can try to obtain a court order stating that the DMV reinstate your son's license. That will be an uphill battle however.
Best of luck to you and your son.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********
