How do you change your name in Maryland?
I moved back to Maryland a few months ago (I was born here). I have an Ohio Driver's License. I am trying to find out what all i must do in order to have my name legally changed.

NAME CHANGE Requirements in Maryland
Dear Sir/Madam:
You must petition the court to change your name.Thus a Petition for Change of Name must be drafted. An Order must be signed by a judgeand then published in a local newpaper for twice a week for three consecutive weeks.
