last paycheck

I resigned from my last job and my employer never paid me my last check. She is also a Realtor. How should I go about getting my last check? She has done this to several of her past employees, What can be done?

Maryland has wage enforcement laws. You may bring a private complaint against your employer to recover amounts owed. Depending upon the action brought you can recover up to 3 times the amount owed and reasonable attorney fees. Contact an attorney for assistance.
