Re: When does a preliminary injunction expire?
I need more information here about the nature of the injunction. I will give a short overview:
A preliminary injunction is granted after opportunity for a full adversary hearing on the propriety of its issuance but before a final determination of the merits of the action.
In general it should expire once the court makes a final determination on its merits.
