does a crimimal get out of jail if an appeal is won
Say a man is sent to jail, he appeals twice and gets to the Supreme Court of Maryland. The Supreme Court grants the appeal. Does the man get out of jail until the retrial?

If the trial verdict was reversed by this court, very likely so.
