Can a Motion for Reconsideration from an appellate decision in Maryland cite additional cases or must one only repeat cases previously cited in the record?

Re: Motion for Reconsideration
You can include whatever legal cases you want in a Motion. If it is an unreported case, you should attach a copy of the decision. If a new case has just been recently decided, it is perfectly appropriate to mention this case to the court if it is relevant. Note that Motions for Reconsideration are rarely granted.
