Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Maryland
On november 1st of 2010 i was granted my divorce as well as full custody, child support, etc.in Carroll County Maryland. my ex never showed up for the inital hearing date but showed up for the exemptions hearing. both the majistrate and the final judge judged in my favor.my ex is now been threatening special appeals court to have the judgment overturned. My question is how easy is it for him to get a hearing after all the judgements, and the odds they will over turn the original two verdicts?

Your ex may be able to get a hearing, but your ex has an incredibly difficult uphill battle to unwind the original orders. If you have not already hired a Maryland family law attorney to assist you, do so now.
Best of luck.*****The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
