how to present an appeal
How can I best present a appeal before a judge, without a attorney? what questions should I ask? What is the best way to receive a lesser verdict?

Re: how to present an appeal
It depends on what court you are appealing to, from what court, and whether the appeal (if from MD district court to the circuit court) is on the record or de novo. But the best advice is to get a lawyer, as doing this yourself will not serve your interests very well.

Daniel Press beat me to it, as I recommend the same thing - get a criminal lawyer since this is a criminal case. - Michael Worsham
