How can I right a wrong that was done to me and is costing me dearly in my emplo
I was convicted of a charge which came about because a love triangle. I was given probation for 18 months. I am a LPN now and have return to school to further my education, my problem is that when employers get the background check noones wants to hire me.I have a written statement from the women nephew who was involve stating that she lied. and I am trying to get either a pardon or expungement of the charges on my record. The man mother has always contacted me and still does in fact the man who the cousin called herself protecting is now back with me. I just want to know if I can do anything about my record. I am an excellent nurse and I love my field of work. My nursing license has never been suspended or revoked. I have now obtained my Substance Counselor Trainee License and will start my r.n. program in September. I am working right now as a nurse but unless something can be done about my record I will never be able to leave my present job and unable to use any new skills that I have or will be trained for. Please respond either way. I do see a problem with the system but I know it can be satraighten out. I paid for something that I did not do and I am still paying for it. Thank You.

I suggest you work on getting the expungement completed as soon as you can.
