My brother and myseft are on my mothers bank acount, she dies. do we get the money?

If you account is in your name and your brother's name, in most but not all cases, you guys get the money upon your mother's death. Consult an attorney about the specifics of your mother's estate and the bank account BEFORE you withdraw any money.
