Legal Question in Banking Law in Maryland
I have defaulted Credit Card Payments for over 12 years due to financial hardships. Can I go back to Sri Lanka for Holidays and return to USA. Now I am a US citizen. Kindly advise me what best to be done?

Credit card defaults are not criminal. You can come and go as you please.
