Legal Question in Banking Law in Maryland
my friend and neighbor is 75 years old and lives on social security a lawyer has
frozen his bank account without notifying him through the mail or by court order.
his last notification was on august 8,2006. his account was frozen october 29,2009
what can he do to access what little money he does have in his account and
undo this injustice.

He needs to claim the exemption for social security proceeds.
