A large company gave me a incorrect refund of a large amount and they won't take it back. I have spoken with 6 supervisors and they keep saying they have no record of it. What do I do?

Set it in escrow or otherwise, provide proper notices, generate appropriate documentation and the funds may become yours or will be properly remitted without recourse. This must be done properly to avoid potential adversity. Call to discuss why this occurred and is not being resolved to your satisfaction.
