Legal Question in Banking Law in Maryland
Where can I get help with my loan modification? Bank of America put us on a pre trial in March on now is going to make it final, however they are up the payment by $500.00. We can not make that payment.

Do NOT hire a loan modification company for assistance. They typically cost thousands of dollars. There are Maryland real estate attorneys out there who will assist with loan modifications for a fee.
