Legal Question in Banking Law in Maryland
What is the SOL on embezzlement from a federal bank?
What is the SOL on embezzlement from a federal bank, if the job was done from the inside and the amount totaling no more than 45,000 dollars. What kind of time would the defendant be looking at? Any fines? Responses are much appreciated. Thanks.
