Legal Question in Banking Law in Maryland
How can you get somebdy off of your bank account that refuses to remove their name off of it?

I assume you put the person's name on the account as a joint owner. Therefore, if the bank refuses to do so, your only recourse may be to draw the money out of the account, close the account and open another one.
