Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Bank violating injunction of Chap 7 discharge
My bank has continued weekly to send collection letters on loans that were discharged in January 2008 in my chap 7 bankruptcy. My attorney says he cannot sue them because he has represented this bank in the past. What should I do? What do you sue them for in this instance of repeated violations?
