Are you the debtor/homeowner? Or are you the person who sold the property to the debtor?

Did you reaffirm the debt to the mortgage company in writing, or merely continue to make payments under the original note? Or did you get a new loan altogether?

If you did reaffirm, did the Court approve the reaffirmation? If it did not, any "judgment" against you for the home mortgage would be barred by the bankruptcy. Have an attorney handle this. This type of problem typically occurs when someone tries to represent themselves.
