It depends on what it's worth, what you owe on it, how it's titled (by the entireties with your spouse or not; and whether there is any joint debt or federal tax debt), and whether you can afford to continue the mortgage payments and cure any deficiency in mortgage payments. And maybe other factors. Filing bankruptcy allows many debtors to keep their homes, but not everyone. You need to go over your specific situation with an experienced bankruptcy lawyer who can advise you.
