bankruptcy
My husband may be filing bankruptcy on some unsecured credit cards. The creditors are calling me and threatening me. Am I responsible for his debt. And will our house, which is paid for in full be at risk (we are both on the deed with tenacy by the entirity).

Re: bankruptcy
Are you responsible for the debt? It depends if these are joint accounts. If not, you are not liable. If there is no joint debt, the house should not be at risk. Do not try to do this without competent bankruptcy counsel.
