Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland

i filed for chapter 7 bankruptsy in august 2008 there was a creditor that did not attempt to collect the debt until after i filed now they are saying since i did not list them on the list of the creditors it does not apply to them and they wont stop harrasing me with phone calls and letters

The automatic stay and discharge apply to unscheduled creditors unless the debt would have been non-dischargeable. Have your bankruptcy lawyer send them a notice, and if they don't stop, you can have them held in contempt for the discharge violation.
