Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
bankrupty under sub-corporation
no new lease to be given-prevents selling business-debt of business $75,000 plus business owes owners $20,000.+ - sub corporation - after all is pd monthly still in hole of $4,000 don't know what to do except to file for bankruptcy what do i do?

Bankruptcy might only make sense if you plan to keep the corporation going. If it is shutting down, maybe all you need to do is close the doors. I cannot answer specifically without more detail.
