Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Car
We bought a 2002 Stratus and are current on the payments. We are filing for banruptcy in August 2003 and want to get rid of the Stratus. We want to buy a different car in July 2003 and keep it through the bankruptcy. Will they make us keep both cars or sell the one we just bought?

List the one you want to get rid of as a debt in your creditor array. Whether you file a chptr 7 or 13 has a different outcome.
