Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
my car
I filed bankruptcy in 2005 before the laws change,I included my car,but I have been still making my car payment. What will happern if I stop making the payment. Can the fin. company put anything on my credit report.

They can report the debt as discharged in bankruptcy, and they can take the car. They cannot sue for the deficiency unless you signed a reaffirmation agreement (which would have been unlikely).
