Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Chapter 7
I am the co-owner of a car and the primary owner
just declared Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and has stopped
sending the monthly payment and the finance company
is calling me and asking me ''what are my intentions''?
Am I responsible for paying for the car?

In a word �yes�.
as a cosigner or co owner you are responsible for the repayment of the loan.
