Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Chapter 13 dismissal
I filed a chapter 13 petition, paid for 8 months, and then had the case dismissed. I resolved all of the debts on my own. Is there any way to have the case removed from the public records or be sealed so that nobody can find out about it?

No, I don't see how you can. Many people think that it stays on your credit report for seven years, but unfortunately it is ten. However, many lenders are willing to work with people who have filed a bankruptcy.
