Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
chapter 7
I filled chapter 7 my self. I made my first installment payment April 07. I have not made my remaining payment for the filling fee. Can I cancel my chapter 7. I have an adversarial relationship with my appointed trustee.

Re: chapter 7
You cannot "cancel" the filing. You can move to dismiss, but if there is any chance that the trustee thinks there are assets, it will not be granted.
The trustee's job is to collect assets for the benefit of your creditors, so it is not surprising that he is adverse to you. That's how the system works.
You should seriously consider retaining counsel to represent you in the rest of your bankruptcy case. It is exceedingly dangerous to try to do this yourself.
