Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Chapter 13/Mortgage
Original bankruptcy filed 01. Included back mortgage. Mortgage company got amount remove from plan, now demanding in addition to payment a total of $6,000 repayment. Now in default of trustee payment, original lawyer fired, new lawyer will not return phone calls. Is there anything I can do to save my house?
