Chapter 7 Question -- Notice
Does Chapter 7 bankruptcy dischage all dischargeable debts whether or not there is notice to the Creditor(s)?
Basically, what is the Notice requirement under Chapter 7?

If it's a no-asset case, and if the failure to give notice was not fraudulent (and maybe even if it was), the debt is discharged even without notice.
