Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland

Complaint objecting to discharge

I have been named as a creditor in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case. I had gone through the whole court thing and was having her wages garnished. Then she filed Chapter 7. I need a Complaint Objecting to Discharge of the Debtor. Have to file this no later than `12-15-04.

The only thing I would add to what has been said is that you are essentially filing a lawsuit against the Debtor. So aside from the legal elements of your case, you need to consider whether it's worth the expense even if you do win. It better be for a large expense, or it wont be worth your money.
