Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Conversion from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7
I have been in 13 for 18months I had to temporarily quit my job and move to NC. I have no assets at this time. I had a car when I filed but lost that. I want to convert to a 7 asap. What information should I put in my Motion to convert? What are some of the qualifying reasons for a coversion?

You have an absolute right to convert from a Chapter 13 to a Chapter 7, and don't have to give any reasons.
You should have a bankruptcy attorney review your conversion, as there are significant implications in doing so.
