Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
credit card number changed
I am filing bankruptcy and pulled my credit report. One of my credit card accounts has a different number now then it did when I stopped paying on it two years ago. I filed bankruptcy with the old number as this is what I had in my files and was the number I paid on. Will having a different number on my bankruptcy (even though I had noknowlegde of a change) still let this debt be discharged?

Re: credit card number changed
The accout number change should not affect dischargeability of the debt.
