Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Dismissal of Bankruptcy
In the filing of a chapter13 Bankruptcy, before the 341 hearing, I decided to have it dismissed and make arrangements with creditor. How does this affect my credit report; does this make a difference, or is it affected the same?

Re: Dismissal of Bankruptcy
It does not affect your credit report; the bankruptcy is still listed.
