dismissing a chapter 7
i have filed a chap 7 case and the trustee decided that my home is worth 100,000.00 more then it will appraise for and now they are trying to sell my home. can i have my chapter 7 dismissed? what are my options?

You can't dismiss a 7, certainly not under those circumstances. You may be able to convert to a Chapter 13 or buy out the equity if you can comer up with the money.
