Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
I am going to file for bankruptcy, chapter 7, due to a divorce and past marital debt so I can start new with my soon to be husband. I qualify for it due to my low income. If we get married before the bankruptcy goes thru will his income be considered into the equation if we have a prenupt that says he is not responsible for my past debt

If you are married, his income would be considered. So file before you get married.

I agree with the previous answer, you soon to be husband's income will be considered, so you need to file now before you get married.
