Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy in Maryland and was discharged. Can I amend schedules b and c now? I forgot to list a personal injury case that settled. I understand that some of the settlement can be exempted. If I can amend, how do I do it?

You need to move to reopen to schedule the claim, which (if pre-petition) belongs to the trustee. You may not even be able to exempt it in light of the failure to schedule it. See an experienced bankruptcy lawyer to address this with you.
