Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
I have filed a chapter 13 Pro Se and listed Koon's Ford Inc as a creditor. They repaired from the BK courts or pay for the vehifcle before they will release it to me. I have advised them they are in contempt for holding my vehicle and they stated that they would return it to me someday.

You need to get a lawyer to handle your Chapter 13. Would you do surgery on yourself without a doctor?
Anyway, you will need to file a motion for turnover and provide adequate protection for their mechanics lien in order to get the car released.
