Re: Guidelines for filing bankruptcy
There are no dollar limits to filing for bankruptcy; what is insurmountable debt to one person is pocket change to another. I have written a Bankruptcy FAQ that appears on my web site--the URL is http://www.erols.com/lawyer/br_faq.htm. It may give you some general information about what's involved in a bankruptcy filing.
