Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
I do not want my job to know about my bankruptcy Chpt 13. I want to pay the trustee myself. Can I do this?

In most cases, the court requires a wage withholding order, but if you have good cause why one should not be entered, you can ask the court to waive that requirement as long as you are current on your payments. It is not common for such waivers to be granted, however.
