Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Hello all. To jump right in, I now make about $55k a year - gross. Owe about $35k completely in my name. With an additional $11k jointly. Judgement on one account. Another in process. Would it make sense to file bankruptcy as I already defaulted on most accounts. Right now I am living paycheck to paycheck.

That may be your best option, but it would depend on factors in addition to those you have outlined. I would recommend consulting with an experienced bankruptcy attorney to fully discuss your case in detail.
