Liens against you
If you have discharged in chapter 7 and one of the creditors puts a lien against your home -- is that legal? How can it be removed?

It depends. If the debt was discharged and the lien was filed after the bankruptcy filing (and after a short grace period in some cases with respect to some types of liens), it is probably wrongful.
