Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
LLC Bankruptcy
Within an LLC there's 2 owners, 1 40%
the other 60%. Does the 40% owner
have the right to file bankruptcy for the
LLC? If not, can he sue the 60% owner
to force the bankruptcy?

It would depend on the terms of the operating agreement, but the answer is probably not.
