Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Missed Mortgage Payments
The ''plan'' requires the trustee to pay $300 monthly to mortgage company for past due amounts while I make the payments for the current months. After the discharge, bank says I (not the trustee) missed 4 payments. Can they now force me to make the 4 missed payments?

Re: Missed Mortgage Payments
Yes. You were required to make payments going forward. If four payments are all that have been missed, you may wish to work out a payment plan where you pay an extra amount toward the four-month arrearage.
