Need Help
I just want to know if after a motion to stay is filed, and I don't agree to my attorney and their attorney's terms, how long do I have to move?

Your question cannot be answered since you do not state the type of agreement, the terms that are relevant, the type of bankruptcy being filed, and the purpose that you would seek to achieve via a motion.
Bankruptcy law can often be complex. There are reasons to file for bankruptcy and there are reasons not to file and there are alternatives to filing bankruptcy.
