Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland

Nonfinancial Bankruptcy

I work in the credit department of my company. Recently we pulled a Dun and Bradstreet report on a company that listed a "nonfinancial bankruptcy." Please let me know what this is (means financially) and how it is filed.

Nonfinancial Bankruptcy

There ain't no such animal. A bankruptcy is a bankruptcy; the only difference is in the chapters (7, 9, 11, 12, 13) and in whether it is voluntary or involuntary.
